For potential Partner Visa applications only. This is not a consultation and no legal advice pertaining to your situation will be given. The purpose of the call is to see if we can help you and if you would benefit from a paid consultation or if we can go straight to preparing the partner visa application.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 Hours before start time. If consultations are rescheduled less than 48 hours before start time, a rebooking fee of $100 plus GST for 1 hour consultations and $50 plus GST for 30 minute consultations applies. If the client does not contact us to reschedule before the start time of the consultation, the total amount of the consultation fee is forfeit. We do not offer refunds in the event of cancellation. For initial calls, we will call once at the appointed time, if no one answers we won't be able to call again.
